The SIMPCO Foundation

We combine a rare suite of services including health best practices, community engagement, education and empowerment, with designs on ultimately transforming the nation’s healthcare system.

Our Mission, Our Vision, Our Values.

Every community deserves the tools to thrive.

For decades, I have witnessed the preventable suffering that occurs when communities lack access to basic health services and economic opportunity.

We are building long-term solutions that strengthen communities for generations.

Managed Preventive Care

Transforming health systems from reactive to proactive.

Transforming health systems from reactive to proactive.

SIMPCO’s Managed Preventive Care model is the first of its kind— built to keep people healthy rather than waiting until they get sick. We conduct comprehensive health assessments that identify risk factors early and design personalized prevention plans for each participant.

Our approach integrates:
• Community-based health centers offering screenings, counseling, and wellness activities
• Data-informed care coordination that tracks outcomes and ensures continuity
• Education and empowerment programs that help individuals take charge of their health

By focusing on prevention, participation, and measurable outcomes, SIMPCO reduces long-term healthcare costs while improving quality of life. Each center becomes a hub for lifelong wellness—where health equity and sustainability meet

Global Medical Missions

Delivering care and capacity where it’s needed most.

SIMPCO’s Global Medical Missions unite volunteer clinicians, public health experts, and community leaders to provide direct care and build sustainable systems. Each mission focuses on training local providers, transferring knowledge, and strengthening infrastructure.

Our teams deliver:
• Emergency and primary care in underserved regions
• Equipment and supply support for local clinics
• Continuing education for healthcare professionals

Every mission leaves behind more than treatment—it leaves capability, confidence, and community resilience.

Economic Empowerment

Health begins with opportunity.

SIMPCO’s Economic Empowerment initiatives address the social determinants of health by creating pathways to financial stability and entrepreneurship. We partner with local organizations to provide training and mentorship that help families and small businesses thrive. With the National Black Chamber of Commerce’s Health Industry & Policy Committee, we bring businesses looking to engage the community in mutually beneficial opportunities.

Our programs include:
• Workforce development and vocational training
• Financial literacy and cooperative investment models

Empowered communities sustain their own health and prosperity— one opportunity at a time.

Education & Leadership

Developing the next generation of changemakers.

SIMPCO invests in education as the foundation for lasting health equity. Through leadership academies, mentorship programs, and global fellowships, we equip emerging leaders with the skills to design and implement community‑driven solutions.

Our initiatives feature:
• Health and policy leadership training
• Youth mentorship and internship programs
• Cross‑cultural exchange and collaboration

By cultivating informed, compassionate leaders, SIMPCO ensures that today’s vision becomes tomorrow’s sustainable reality.

Empowering Communities

Nothing About You Without You

The SIMPCO Foundation emphasizes culturally sensitive health self-empowerment. We seek to build institutions and capacity within our partner nations for themselves, not just establish a presence.
